We are able to process most private health insurances onsite through our Hicaps terminal.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ATTENDED CLINIC IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS , INITIAL CONSULTATION FEES WILL APPLY.

(*EPC / Bulk billing is for the APPOINTMENT ONLY which medicare rebates at $60.35, this excludes aids/equipment such as orthotics/ CAM walkers and certain specialist therapies such as shockwave therapy).

DVA

There are no out of pocket costs for those veterans with a gold card.

TAC/Workcover

Patients under TAC or Workcover will need a letter of referral from their general practitioner stating the service that they require.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment from time to time, however to ensure we have enough notice to allow other patients to be treated and to avoid a cancellation fee please give 24 hours notice.

Missed appointments or less than 24hours notice will be charged cancellation fee.
